PositionSpecifics:
Reports To: Service Manager and/or Store ManagerSupervises: NoneFLSA Code: Non-exempt Purpose: To perform various tasksaround the dealership. Responsibilities:
- Washing and cleaning agricultural and lawn and garden equipment
- Lot work including mowing and trimming around the property andbuildings.
- Janitorial work such as sweeping and taking out the trash.
- Loading / Unloading equipment
- Keeps equipment on sales lot organized
- Delivering lawn and garden / agricultural equipment from time to time
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderlyfashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assignedduties
JobRequirements:
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used duringdetailing/washing process
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to climb up and down large agricultural equipment
- Reliable attendance is mandatory
- Timeliness in performing tasks
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license required along with an excellent driving record
- Fork lift license preferred
- General knowledge of how to operate agricultural equipment
Monday - Friday: 7 am to 5 pm
Saturday's: 7 am to 12 pm (rotation)
