 As a Customer Account Manager, you will:

  • Achieves revenue & margin goals for all departments that result in long term repeatable business relationships and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Develops long-term partnerships with key customers based on value of products, services and resources, which in turn enhance profitability for the customer and the company by helping the customer effectively manage their business and productivity goals.
  • Proactively creates, develops and maintains a close customer/trusted-advisor relationship by investing the proper time, energy and resources to develop a clear understanding and have full accountability for the customer's business, business model and plan.
  • Directs a strategy to identify key prospect accounts and executes a plan to acquire those customers to include personally developing accounts, as well as being involved in any and all sales, parts and service team efforts.
  • Grows individual and team knowledge base to improve ability to support customers and meet their changing needs.
  • Pro-actively coordinates and is engaged with all sales, parts, service and business development personnel to ensure exceptional and seamless customer service. Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and support resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Must have a passion for sales and for creating innovative solutions for customers
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Customer oriented focus and philosophy
  • Familiarity and experience with John Deere and competitive products will give you a head start but not required
  • Excellent knowledge and use of CRM and all MS Office Products
