CRM SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR: Position will lead the corporate Salesforce CRM function. Duties include:

  • Assess operating company needs and help create actionable deliverables in regards to Salesforce processes.
  • Work with business CRM administrators and business stakeholders to capture requirements, create process documentation, and aide in the development of the Salesforce instance.
  • Lead the future enhancements of our Salesforce instance on company wide basis.
  • Work with third-party vendors to ensure successful scope of work with the Salesforce instance.
  • Understand and support business processes by way of Salesforce for respective operating companies.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a timely fashion.

Required:

  • 2-3 years working in a CRM environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must be a logical, process-oriented thinker
  • Must have a natural curiosity about technology
  • Must be a strategic, long-term thinker
  • Must effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations
  • Must be familiar with sales process
  • Enjoys helping others
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certification
  • Experience executing Salesforce implementation
