Job Description


The Branch Sales Administrator is responsible for ordering equipment, tracking all incoming and outgoing equipment and attachments, coordinating rental equipment, creating rental contracts, submitting attachment sales deals, and performing other
 duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. 

Essential Functions                                                                                                          

  Sales Support 

  • Prepare documents for corporate to order
     equipment and attachments.
  • Locate equipment in inventory.
  • Coordinate all equipment and attachments needed for a rental.
  • Create rental contracts.
  • Work with billing administrator.
  • Create purchase orders and submit attachment sales deals.
  • Track all regional equipment purchases to create reports for sales staff monthly.
  • Assist with submitting equipment deal paperwork. 


  • Track and tag all incoming and outgoing equipment and attachments.
  • Work with hauling companies to get equipment moved to and from jobsites and between branches. 
  • Perform Whole Goods inventory audits and reviews as directed. 


  • Communicate with the service department regarding incoming and outgoing equipment and or attachments.
  • Create and close shop work orders related to sales department. (demos/rentals) Assist service manager with other clerical needs as needed or required.

Physical Requirements and Work Schedule 

Employee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Employee must be able to stoop, climb, move and hold arms and hands in small areas, utilizing tools on a regular basis.

Education/Work Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Two-year degree from a college or school or at least three years related experience and/or training preferred.
