In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world; we are looking for a Branch Manager for Kelvington. Get in the field with Pattison Agriculture!  

As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of the location business plan objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (customers and employees) for Pattison Agriculture in the Kelvington location.  Provides leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical and financial resources for the location. Optimizes the profitable growth of the business, the personal growth of employees, and the satisfaction of customers.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

•Assisting in developing, implementing and managing marketing and action plans designed to increase overall market share of the trade area.

•Working with General Manager on pricing of multi-deals, key customer acquisitions and targeted competitive customers

•Reviewing weekly call reports and manage staff efforts in reaching expected targets

•Providing input on trade values and appraisals; reviews re-conditioning estimates

•Managing equipment displays and overall yard appearance and attractiveness

•Executing the business plan and achieves financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for a location(s)

•Supporting the store’s over-all efforts to achieve financial performance, including sales, budgets and cost control, according to established goals for the location

•Ensuring that appropriate communication takes place within and across all departments at the store location(s) which include leading regular department management or all staff meetings

•Supporting corporate managers in implementing changes in any department within the location

•Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues, including appropriate departments

•Managing staffing and employee development activities for employees reporting to this position

•Providing input to the hiring, development and coaching, evaluation, and effectiveness of the management team and other employees within their store


The ideal candidate will have Post-secondary education in business, marketing or other related field; Combination of education and experience may be considered; management experience in increasingly responsible roles; In-depth knowledge of the ag industry, combined with a proven understanding of requirements for successful branch operations; demonstrated experience in leading others and successfully coaching within an organization.
