We are looking for a Branch Administrator to ensure our customers are welcomed and our internal operations are running smoothly.   This team member will:

  • Ensure customers feel welcome by greeting customers and listening to their needs, whether in person or by phone.
  • Provide service to customers, either directly or by ensuring customers are connected with appropriate individuals to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including but not limited to: bank deposits, cash receipts, accounts receivable and accounts payable documents and purchase orders. 
  • Communicate with internal team members and customers.
  • Ensure branch team has the resources they need to meet customer needs by preparing and distributing communication, completing requests, ordering supplies, distributing mail, etc. 

Our Branch Administrator needs to have a (an):

  • HS diploma or equivalent relevant experience; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Previous work experience in support or administrative role.
  • Familiarity or experience with bookkeeping and basic account procedures.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office products, databases, and accounting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to effective build relationships and communicate with team members and customers.
  • Ability to identify, manage and track details, as well as work efficiently and accurately.
