APPLICATION EQUIPMENT (CAD) TERRITORY MANAGER
Koenig Equipment sets the standards in the industry. For over 100 years we have been committed to the long-term. Koenig serves agricultural & turf sales and service needs from 15 locations in Ohio and Indiana. We are currently searching for a qualified Application Equipment Territory Manager covering the Indiana sales territories.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Obtain profitable application equipment sales through motivation, coaching and development or product/professional knowledge to customers and
  • Assist Director in the development of annual market share plan, specifically on: achievable/stretched forecasts for each product line, delivering value added customer solutions and communicating results.
  • Review prior week calls and plan for upcoming week with Director of Complete Goods
  • Support annual customer profile update review Q1-75%, Q2-85% and Q3-100%
  • Log all calls in the CRM and utilize to increase efficacy
  • Ensure that sales activities are in line with Koenig’s operating standards
  • Support all sales meetings and events.
  • Develop business plans with/for top 30 accounts
  • Directly selling to strategic accounts within AOR focusing on in-line and competitive accounts
  • Participate in other company events and tasks assigned by director
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of agriculture equipment sales or sales management with a John Deere organization.
  • Strong management, leadership, and communication skills to effectively work within the organization and our customer base
  • Understanding of used inventory turn multiple and market share being the primary focuses.
  • Vast knowledge of the equipment market and the impact of events on the profitability of the business.
  • Ability to use our operating systems, vendor computer resources, and basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook tasks
  • Commitment to maintain standards and address issues in a timely, professional manner
  • High aptitude for time management and task prioritization
  • Ability to understand financial reporting principles relative to service operations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
