Job Description

This position serves as a front line of contact for customers and an administrative support function at the local branch level. The general responsibilities of the position may vary depending on location requirements and variables such level of sales, territory management demands, branch structure and available resources.

Duties:
  • Phone, in-store reception and communication of information to branch staff in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain current and accurate customer profiles.
  • Serve as cashier, balancing all transactions daily and forwarding correct deposit information to the Shared Resource Center.
  • Posting personal time off for all employees at the branch.
  • Complete all Product Support Administration for the branch:
    •   Execute Work Order to Invoice – Primary Role for Turf / Support Role for AG
      • Opening work orders
      • Completing supervisory entries and technician labor entry corrections
      • Posting service accessories and mileage
      • Keying work completed
      • Closing and mailing invoices timely
      • Posting equipment receipt and movement into Traffic (both new and used)
  • Provide administrative support for sales as required/requested:
    • Support the sales staff with customer record maintenance, report generation and distribution and other operation related duties
    • Post delivery dates to equipment profiles as directed by sales
    • Ensure data integrity and execute an array of tasks utilizing corporate CRM solution
  • Complete past-due collection calls as instructed by Accounts Receivable.
  • Maintain / order adequate office supplies for dealership.
  • Coordination and communication of branch events, promotions and clinics.
  • Other duties as required from the Branch Business Manager.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service environment with high aptitude for Microsoft applications and ability to learn new system functions.
  • Ideal background would include experience in a wholesale goods dealership.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
